Fixed the leak. Good.

So I called about a slow drain in the kitchen. Guy shows up, snakes it, tells me it was grease and not roots which is what I was scared of. Cleared it out, showed me the gunk on the snake which was gross but whatever. Only thing is the appointment window was 4 hours and he came at the very end of it so I basically lost a Saturday morning waiting around. Work was solid though. Would call again.

Water heater went out on a Tuesday. Called at 8am, they had a guy here by 1. Old tank was from 2013. He gave me the repair vs replace numbers right there on his tablet, no pressure either way. Went new. Hot water by dinner. My wife was happy which is the real review.

Fixed the leak under the bathroom sink, that part was fine. But the price on the phone was not the price on the bill. Guy said once he got in there it was more involved. I get it, things happen. But a call before doing the extra work would've been nice. Just felt a little blindsided when I went to pay.

we had water in the basement every time it rained hard and i was convinced it was the foundation, was about to call a foundation guy. these guys came out, traced it to a cracked supply pipe in the wall. fixed it, pressure tested, dry ever since. two big storms since then, nothing. saved me a lot of money and stress

Old farmhouse outside Camp Point. Galvanized pipes, rust-colored water, pressure was terrible upstairs. They repiped the whole house in PEX over three days. Crew covered the floors, cleaned up every night, and the guy walked me through the shutoffs before he left. Water pressure is night and day. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

toilet was running constantly, could hear it at night from the bedroom. they came out, replaced the fill valve and flapper, took maybe 20 min. charged what they quoted on the phone. he also checked the other toilet while he was there and didnt charge extra. small thing but it mattered

Had them out for a backed-up floor drain in the basement. They found roots in the line and cleared it with a cutter head. Explained why it happened and what to watch for. Took a while to get scheduled — about a week out — but once they were here it was quick. Would use again.

I don't usually leave reviews but these guys earned it. Sump pump died during that heavy rain in March and my basement started taking on water. Called, they came out same day, replaced the pump and added a battery backup I didn't even know I needed. Explained how it works. No more standing water. Genuinely relieved.

Drain got cleared, no problem there. But the guy tracked mud through the hallway and didn't clean it up. I had to mop after he left. Small thing but for what I paid I expected better. The plumbing part was fine.

faucet was dripping for months, finally got tired of it. they came out, replaced the cartridge, checked the shutoff valves while they were under there and said one was getting stiff. replaced it too since they were already in. fair price, done in under an hour

We had them repipe a section of old pipe in the crawlspace. Good work, no leaks. The reason for 4 stars is they were supposed to call before arriving and didn't, so my wife was caught off guard when they showed up. Not a huge deal but communication could be tighter. Work itself was excellent.
